On March 3rd, 2020, EF successfully held an academic discussion with a group of 16 field trip students from Sophia University, Japan.

+ Mr. Le Tan Cuong - Lecturer of EF
+ Mr. Ta Le Minh Phuoc – Student Affairs Assistant, EF
and 15 students from EF. The discussion focused on various issues concerning economic development in the Mekong corridor. The students from Sophia University shared their own experience accumulated in the field trip and further discussed with EF students on effective solutions. In this meeting, Dr. Le Hoang Dung also gave a briefing of the role of Ho Chi Minh University of Social Sciences and Humanities in contributing qualified human resources to the development of the society. EF and Sophia University hope to have more meetings and activities in the future so as to consolidate the relationship between the two universities and foster further cooperation.
